Nauticworx.com is a platform that connects charterers, shipowners and brokers in the maritime sector, fast, smarter, and fully digital. As our platform continues to evolve and our international ambitions expand, we’re looking to strengthen our commercial team.
Your role
As Sales Manager, you will contribute directly to the commercial growth of Nauticworx and help build long-term relationships with clients across the maritime sector, both nationally and internationally.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ropes, take on responsibility, and grow into a senior or leadership position.
Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships within the maritime industry
- Proactively approach new leads and commercial opportunities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Work with Zoho CRM and the NWX Ship Database
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, trade fairs and events
- Identify market trends and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing and development team to seize commercial leads
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction
Your profile
- 5–10 years of experience in a commercial role
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or maritime field
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical thinking and a focus on long-term partnerships
- Affinity with the maritime sector (preferred)
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools (preferred)
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
