Co-Founder
With 20+ years of experience in the global maritime industry, Friso knows the ecosystem from all sides – ship owners, brokers, and operators, shipbuilding, supply and services. Prior to launching Nauticworx, Friso held, among others, key positions at Damen Shipyards Group and Heesen Yachts. His extensive background spans operational management, commercial management and strategic sales development, making him a pivotal asset to our leadership team.

Björn Smets
Co-Founder
Björn has been active in B2C and B2B digital marketing and online sales strategy for 25+ years, of which 10+ years in the maritime industry. From personal projects to Global Marketing Director at large industrial manufacturers, Björn has seen it all. He brings a wealth of expertise in digital strategy, lead generation, and market penetration.
